STATE CHAMPIONS!

CSA's student culinary team wins state cooking contest with their original recipe "Sunset Fiesta Bowl." What began as an integrated science assignement turned into a one-of-a-kind recipe that took them to the state finals this last week. Learning proper food prep techniques, food saftey protocols, along with making the recipe live and a final presentation earned them the title of State Champion. We are so proud of them!
