In addition to ongoing function of monitoring our mission, vision and scope, a primary purpose of the CSA-Xenia STEAM Advisory Council is to further develop the CSA-Xenia community and ensure that industry connections and innovative approaches to education are maximized. By empowering all members of the CSA-Xenia community, a culture of leadership will evolve in which each partner entity, faculty and staff, students, parents, and community leaders all “own” the academy mission and work – and share responsibility for making CSA-Xenia a success. To fulfill this purpose, the Council will advise and make recommendations to the Governing Board regarding CSA-Xenia policies and how we can best accomplish our mission.
