CSA-Xenia is a tuition-free, STEAM-designated, nonprofit 501(c)(3) academy serving ALL Ohioans with students across 8 counties, 47 districts, and ~174,000 potential students within a 30-mile radius.

  • Innovation is central to CSA’s mission, with project-based learning at its core. Named for Dayton inventor Charles F. Kettering, this level of sponsorship honors him for his forward-thinking attitude. We thank you for “starting the engine” for student opportunity and fueling innovation through your leadership.

  • Design thinking drives CSA’s instruction and student projects. Inspired by Dayton inventor John H. Patterson, Design sponsors help “build systems” that shape success — thank you for designing learning environments, projects, and opportunities leading students to create their own designs.

  • Invention reflects exploration, inquiry, and problem-solving — all core elements of STEAM learning. Inspired by Dayton civic leader and Delco co-founder Edward A. Deeds, these sponsors “engineer community growth” by sustaining infrastructure, helping students discover new skills and connecting learning to community.

  • CSA-Xenia champions workforce readiness and entrepreneurship, just like Daniel Mead’s success with the Mead Paper Company. This Dayton-founded company transformed paper innovation into a global enterprise.   • Legacy sponsors embody sustainability and long-term community impact, helping CSA build a strong future in SW Ohio and beyond.
